Last updated June 2026. This explains what Nexonomy collects, how we use it, and how your decision data is handled. We keep it plain, and we keep it honest.
Your decisions stay yours.
Nexonomy is a decision system of record. The product runs inside your own environment, and your decision data stays in your tenant. We do not move it out, and we never use it to train a shared model. Separately, this marketing website collects very little: essentially what you send us when you get in touch. The rest of this page is the detail.
Decision data stays in your environment.
When Nexonomy is deployed, it runs inside your own cloud account, on your identity and your endpoints. The Decision Records and the Decision Graph are held in your tenant. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf and under your instructions. Nothing leaves your environment, and your records are never pooled with another customer's or used to train a model anyone else benefits from. Records are content-addressed and exportable in an open format, so you can take them with you. A data processing agreement is available on request.
What this site collects.
When you email us or send a message through the site, we receive what you choose to send: your name, your work email, your company, and anything you write. Like most websites, our hosting keeps standard technical logs (for example, IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the site. We keep cookies and analytics to a minimum; if we add measurement tools, we will describe them here and offer a choice where one is required.
How we use it.
We use what you send us to reply to you, to arrange access, and to run and improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We keep it only as long as we need it for those purposes.
Who we share it with.
We share information only with the service providers we rely on to run the company, such as cloud hosting and email, and only under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell it to anyone.
Your choices and your rights.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. To exercise any of them, email us at the address below and we will respond.
Changes to this notice.
As the company grows and as the product and the law change, we will update this page and move the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make that clear.
